If you have looked in any magazine lately you have seen the models sporting impossibly long, dark lashes that seem to go on for miles. They do this by using fake lashes, which can be bought in any cosmetics aisle. But fake lashes are inconvenient, potentially messy, and hard to use. That is why most prefer to use a few tips to make their lashes look darker and fuller.

First, you should learn how to extend them. Take a little bit of water and wet the pads of your thumb and first finger. use the moisture to gently stretch them out, and then separate them by running lengthwise across the lashes.

Next, use an eyelash curler. This will further extend the lashes, and out them apart, giving them the illusion of volume. It will also curl them upward, which will make them look longer.

Last, use a mascara, preferably volumizing and in black. Use several coats, and use the curler once more. This will give the same look of fake lashes, only without the frustration, messy glue, or heavy costs. You also won’t have to worry about them falling off and causing issues.
